Aurukun Training for Empowerment and Work Skills, a joint venture between Ngan Aak-Kunch Aboriginal Corporation and Asuria, is delivering services under the Remote Australia Employment Services (RAES) program, funded by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA).

Services are delivered locally in Aurukun, supporting community members with employment, training, and participation opportunities under the RAES program, which has replaced the Community Development Program.

Participants engage with the program through appointments where individual requirements, including Mutual Obligations and Participation Requirements, are discussed and agreed.

Aurukun Training for Empowerment & Work Skills continues to support participants through ongoing contact and engagement, including phone, email, SMS, and in-person services.
